Information

BioPower is a BioEnergy and organic waste management company, which has developed a system to convert organic waste to energy. BioPower System 6 combines a number of existing technologies in a unique integrated cycle. BioPower plans to build thirty BioParks® strategically located across Britain and Ireland.

BioParks will produce a range of products for the wholesale and retail markets. Fuel Pellets will be manufactured for industrial and domestic central heating systems. BioGrow®, a rich organic fertiliser. BioFeed, a high protein cattle feed, will be processed for the farming market. BioDiesel will be produced and sold through Regional and National distributors.

At the centre of each BioPark is a BioDigestion system, which produces methane gas during the digestion cycle. The gas is fed into a Combined Heat & Power Unit. This provides the power for the BioPark plant and machinery, and excess power for sale through the National Grid. Another source of income for the BioParks will derive from gate fees for municipal and industrial sludge, which is mixed with organic farming waste in the BioDigester. This is the core element of the business, and will be driven by current and pending environmental legislation.

Planning permission for the first BioPark, located in County Roscommon, has been granted, and site clearance is well under way. This BioPark will be operational before the end of this year. Planning applications for County Tipperary, County Cavan, and County Kildare are already under way. In the UK, applications for the Lincolnshire BioPark and the Somerset BioPark are being prepared.

Since the foundation of BioPower, it has been the policy of the directors to form a close relationship with their investors. With this in mind, we would like to present to you a concise Business Plan, which has been designed to give a brief overview of the BioPark System. The presentation also covers the BioPower Group objectives, and the important EU Directives which drive the business.

BioPower Group is currently accepting investment.
