Fuel Pellet Processing
Fuel Pellet processing is the method by which straw, miscanthus grass, timber and it's by-products, and other energy crops are broken down, compressed and extruded into a dense pellet form.
Fuel pellets, produced from BioEnergy crops, are a carbon neutral energy source. This means that when the pellet is burned in a suitable boiler or stove, it releases back into the environment the same amount of CO2 that was consumed by the plant or crop while growing.
Because our BioSystem is flexible and versatile, we are able to modify each BioPark® operation to cater for additional or alternative processes, such as Wood Chip drying, Domestic Briquette, or Fire Log production for example.
